JRI offers 集团-home programs designed to help youth gain and practice skills necessary for long-term success. Our 集团 homes are designed to serve youth between the ages of 5 and 22, across a variety of setting opportunities, all designed to fit the needs of each individual youth. Youth live with us while attending school in the local community and participating in local community experiences. The 小英雄之家 is a co-ed intensive 集团 home for children ages 5-11. Our mission is to provide a home-like environment where children can develop skills to manage complex trauma or mental health sypmtoms in order to successfully transition to a permanent placement in the community.
The 控制程序 is a co-ed intensive 集团 home for transitional age adolescents 16-22. Our mission is to support our youth emotionally, 教育上, 职业性地, and socially to make healthy choices and become independent while providing a safe and nurturing environment.
The 青年家长生活计划 is a DCF and DTA funded residential program for teens who are pregnant or parenting. Teens live in their own apartments with 24 hour staff support, 教育和职业培训, 医疗, 牙科和日托转介, 住房寻找和善后支持.
回家 is a therapeutic intensive 集团 home for adolescent males who with support and treatment are ready to live and participate in a community setting. 回家 empowers young men as they begin their journey of hope, discovery and learning to navigate through the obstacles of life by providing a safe, therapeutic and engaging environment on their road home.

Rachel has been a part of the JRI team since January, 2000. 20多年来, Rachel has been working in the field of human services assisting families with accessing and navigating services. Rachel received her Bachelors degree in psychology and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Bridgewater State University. She was promoted in July 2005 to 家庭网络 Program Director where she closely worked with the Department of Children Families for 10 years ensuring that children and families received the highest quality of individualized services ranging from community based through residential care. Rachel is very dedicated to helping the individuals she works with and is committed to improving the lives of children and families.
